Getting verified
Den här sidan är inte översatt ännu, så du läser den engelska versionen.
What the badge means, what it unlocks, and the single step that earns it.
Connecting Stripe is the whole process
There is no separate application and no queue. Stripe checks your identity as part of setting up your payout account, and the badge appears on your profile when they are satisfied.
Verification is what tells a brand there is a real, identifiable person behind a profile. On a marketplace where money moves before work does, that matters more than any badge design.
What it unlocks
Three things are held back until you are verified, and each for the same reason.
Getting paid. Payouts go to a connected account. Without one there is nowhere to send the money.
Pitching campaigns. You cannot send a pitch without it, and a brand choosing between offers needs to know it is choosing between real people.
Selling packages. Your packages are hidden from brands until you are verified, so an unverified profile cannot be booked.
How to do it
- Open Settings → Payouts in Creator Space.
- Start the Stripe connection.
- Follow the prompts on Stripe's own site: bank details and identity documents.
That is it. The badge is applied automatically once Stripe confirms, and there is nothing to send us.
Where your details go
Your bank details and identity documents are held by Stripe. CollabNordic never stores them and cannot see them. What comes back to us is whether you passed, not what you submitted.
If something stalls
Stripe occasionally asks for an extra document, and until it is supplied the account stays unverified even though the connection exists. Your Stripe dashboard, reachable from Settings → Payouts, is where that request appears.
If it is not clear what Stripe wants, contact support with your account email and we can see whether the connection reached us at all.
