Calendar

The Calendar is a month view of every date your work already has, plus the ones you add yourself. Home tells you what to do today; the Calendar is where you look when someone asks whether you have capacity in three weeks.

What appears without you doing anything

Deadlines. The delivery date on any contract that has one.

Usage rights expiring. The day a licence you granted runs out. These are worth watching for a reason the other entries are not: an expiring licence is something you can sell more of. Two weeks out, Home raises it as a task.

Both are derived from your contracts, so they move if the contract moves and they cannot fall out of step with it.

What you add yourself

Follow-ups. A date to chase a brand, attached to that brand so it shows up in their history too.

Your own events. Anything else you want on the same view: a shoot day, a holiday, a deadline that lives outside CollabNordic.

Both can be marked done rather than deleted, so the record of what you meant to do survives.

Filtering

The four kinds can be switched on and off independently. If you only want to see what you owe other people, turn off your own events and follow-ups and you are left with deadlines and expiries.
