Every movement of money, tied to its contract. The columns, the statuses, and the CSV your accountant wants.
Every row is tied to the contract it came from
A payment you cannot match to a job is the classic bookkeeping headache, so the ledger never shows a bare amount: each row names the brand, the contract, and what kind of movement it was, and links straight to the collaboration.
Transactions is the ledger: every movement of money on your contracts, one year at a time. Not just what reached you, but the whole life of each payment, from the brand funding escrow to the release, and the rare refund.
The four numbers at the top
Paid by brands. Everything charged into escrow on your contracts this year, fees and tax included.
Platform fees. What the brands paid on top of your prices. Shown so the ledger adds up, and labelled for what it is: added on top, never taken from you.
Sales tax collected. Tax charged on top of your prices, which you collect and owe onward.
Released to you. What escrow actually released to your account: your prices plus your tax.
Reading a row
Each row is one movement on one contract: the brand and the contract reference, what kind of movement it was, and the money split into four columns. Brand paid is the full charge. Fee is the platform fee inside it. Tax is your sales tax inside it. To you is what reaches you. On a refund the signs flip, so the columns still add up.
The movement types are plain: payment started, escrow funded, payment failed, payout released, payout failed, refunded. The status pill says where that movement stands now: Held while the money sits in escrow, Released or Paid out once it has moved to you, Failed and Pending for the in-between states.
Filter chips split the ledger into escrow funding, payouts and refunds, and the search box matches brands, contracts, campaigns and packages.
The export
Export CSV downloads the rows you are looking at, with the same money split into its own columns and the full contract reference on every line. It is the file to hand your accountant, and the footnote on the screen says the rest: nothing is withheld on your behalf, so what you owe on this income is between you and your tax authority.
Totals at the foot of the table sum only what is visible, and only when everything visible is in one currency. Money in two currencies is never added together into a number that means nothing.
Transactions or Accounting?
Transactions is the record of movements; Accounting is the same money organised for your tax year, with in-kind compensation and the annual report beside it. When you want to check a specific payment, come here. When you want your yearly numbers, go there.
