Getting started
Brand settings
Keep the public brand identity, legal company details, plan, notifications and account security accurate.
Profile and company details do different jobs
Brand profile is the identity creators recognise. Company is the legal and tax information used for contracts and receipts. Keep both accurate.
Settings controls the information creators see, the legal details written into agreements, your subscription and the security of the account.
Brand profile
This section contains the logo, company name, industry, website and public description, followed by the contact person's name and phone number.
The logo and brand description help creators understand who is approaching them. The contact details identify the person managing the shared brand account; they are not a second public creator profile.
Company
Company stores country, organisation number, VAT number, street address, postal code, city and VAT-registration status.
Choosing Norway enables a Brønnøysund Register lookup. Enter a valid Norwegian organisation number and use Look up to fill the registered address. Other countries keep the fields free-form because the Norwegian registry cannot verify them.
These details matter on contracts and financial records, so use the legal company rather than a campaign name.
Plan and billing
This section shows the active Basic, Pro or Premium plan, the marketplace fee for that tier and the renewal or end date when one exists.
Use View plans to compare tiers. Paid subscriptions are managed in Stripe's billing portal. If a recent plan change has not appeared yet, Sync asks CollabNordic to refresh the Stripe status.
The Transactions link opens the payment ledger; subscription management and creator-payment records are kept separate.
Notifications
Choose which account and collaboration events should be emailed. Notification preferences affect alerts, not the underlying deadlines. A 14-day review window still runs even if its email is disabled.
Security
Security contains email verification, password and connected sign-in controls, active sessions where available, data export and the danger zone.
Account deletion is permanent and affects access to Brand Space. Resolve live collaborations and keep required financial records before deleting the account.
Saving changes
Brand profile, Company and Notifications use the page's Save action. Plan and Security controls perform their own actions immediately and do not use that button.
