Hiring creators
My Creators
The creators you saved, asked or worked with, with contracts and Custom Requests in one history panel.
Search is for finding somebody new. My Creators is the working list of people you have already saved, asked or worked with.
The four views
All. Everyone currently in the list.
Saved. Creators you bookmarked from search or from a public profile.
Worked with. Creators you have had an accepted contract with. A pitch you never accepted does not place somebody here.
Requested. Creators you have sent a Custom Request to, whether or not they have answered yet. A creator with an open offer waiting for you carries an Offer waiting badge, and that offer is also listed as a task on Home until you accept it, decline it or it expires.
A creator can be in more than one view at once. The relationship badges show the difference, including when a collaboration is active now.
What each row tells you
Each row shows the creator, your relationship, location, last activity and completed spend. Spend stays separated by currency, so NOK, SEK and DKK are never added into a misleading total.
Use search to narrow the list by the creator's name, handle or niche. On desktop, the final shortcut opens their primary connected platform.
The history panel
Open a creator to see your contracts with them and every Custom Request you have sent them. If a creator answered a Custom Request with an offer, the priced offer appears directly beneath that request so the question and answer stay together.
This is where an answered Custom Request is handled. Accepting its offer creates an unfunded collaboration; declining closes the offer. Funding, work review and payment then continue under Collaborations.
The panel also links to the public profile, messaging when your plan allows it, and Book again. Book again opens the creator's profile, where you can choose a package or send another Custom Request if the creator has enabled them.
Why a creator can vanish from search
Search only shows creators who meet the directory requirements and have chosen to be listed. A creator who pauses or limits their public profile can disappear from search while remaining in My Creators, because your shared history still exists.
