Purchase Terms

1. What these terms cover

These terms apply to services you buy from CollabNordic for your own account. Today that is Featured Creator.

They do not apply to money that moves between a Brand and a Creator for a collaboration. That is covered by the Terms of Use, which describe the platform fee, escrow and the refund rules for contracts.

CollabNordic is a service provided by NiceLab AS, a company registered in Norway. NiceLab AS is the seller for everything described in this document.

2. Featured Creator

Featured Creator is a paid marketing service for creators. It promotes your profile to brands who are looking for creators to work with.

• What it does: while it is active, your profile is placed ahead of other creators wherever creators are listed on CollabNordic, including the front page.
• How long it lasts: 30 days, counted from the moment your payment succeeds.
• When it starts: immediately after successful payment. Placement is not scheduled and cannot be reserved for a later date.
• What it costs: the price is shown before you pay and is charged once. It does not renew, and there is nothing to cancel.
• Buying again: if you buy while a period is still running, the new 30 days are added to the end of it. Buying twice gives you 60 days, not a reset.

3. A professional service

Featured Creator is sold as a professional marketing service. You buy it to market your own services to brands and potential commercial partners, which is an activity carried out as part of your business rather than as a private consumer.

Before paying, you confirm that this is what you are doing. Purchases made as part of a professional or commercial activity are not covered by the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which exists to protect consumers buying for private purposes.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected where they do apply. Nothing in this document removes a right the law gives you.

4. Being shown, and what depends on you

Every creator listed on CollabNordic meets the same two requirements: payouts set up, and a profile photo. This applies to featured profiles as well, because placement moves a profile up a list rather than putting it on one.

We check this before selling you a spot and refuse the purchase if your profile does not qualify, since a spot promoting a profile nobody can see promotes nothing.

If your profile stops meeting those requirements while a spot is active, for example the photo is removed or your payout account is restricted, your profile stops being shown for as long as that continues. The 30 days keep running. We do not pause the period and we do not extend it. Your Creator Space home page shows a warning when this happens and names what is missing, so you can restore it and use the remaining time.

5. When something goes wrong

A spot is delivered when it starts, which is immediately after payment.

If something has gone wrong, contact us. We review individual cases and can issue a refund where that is the fair outcome, including for our own mistakes and for technical faults that stopped the service from working. Asking costs nothing.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Changes apply to purchases made after they are published, never retroactively to a spot you have already bought. The date at the top of this document is when it was last changed.
