How the money moves

You pay up front. The creator is paid on approval.

    Agree on a price

    Book a package, choose a pitch on your campaign or accept an offer from a creator. The price is the creator's.

  2. 02

    Pay, and the money is held

    You pay the creator's price plus 5%, and VAT where the creator is registered for it. CollabNordic holds the money while the work is done.

  3. 03

    Approve the work

    When you approve, the creator receives their full price. If you do not respond, the money is released automatically after 14 days.

Questions about pricing

Is there a subscription?
No, for neither side. Brands pay the fee only when they book a creator, and creators pay nothing.
Is the fee charged on VAT?
No. The fee is calculated on the creator's price only. If the creator is registered for VAT, VAT is added to their price and goes to them in full.
What if a collaboration is cancelled?
If it is cancelled before the work is delivered, you get back everything you paid, the fee included. If you disagree about delivered work, you can report an issue, and the automatic release pauses while we look at it.
Which currency do I pay in?
The creator's. Creators set their prices in their own currency, and brands see an approximate conversion while browsing.
