Paying

Fees

The 5% marketplace fee on every booking, what it is charged on, and why there is no subscription.

Worth knowing first

The fee is on the creator's price only, and it is added on top

The marketplace fee is never calculated on tax, and never deducted from the creator, so a creator quoting 7 500 receives 7 500. The fee is added to what you pay.

A brand account is free, and there is no subscription. You pay a marketplace fee only when you book a creator. You can publish as many campaigns as you need and message any creator.

One rate on every booking

5% of the creator's price. The same whether you accept a Pitch on a campaign, book a package from a creator's profile, or accept an offer a creator sends you, including one sent as a private link or answering a Custom Request.

Your rate is under Settings, in Fees & billing. Some high-volume brands have a rate agreed with CollabNordic, and that is where it shows.

There used to be plans

Until 27 September 2026 brands could pay for Pro or Premium to get a lower fee, more campaigns and messaging before booking. Those plans are gone. Every brand now has everything they included, and pays the same 5%.

A fee never goes up on existing work

The fee on a contract is fixed when the contract is created, so paid deals keep the numbers everyone agreed to. When the fee went down to 5% on 27 September 2026, agreements that were not paid yet got the lower fee too.
