Collaborations

Collaborations is the contract record for work between your brand and creators. It begins before payment, stays with the job while work is delivered, and remains after completion.

The four views

Active. Funded work that is currently being produced, submitted, reviewed or completed.

Requests. The pre-work pipeline: package bookings waiting for the creator, campaign Pitches waiting for you, and accepted work waiting for escrow funding.

Completed. Finished collaborations and their final contract record.

Usage rights. Completed work grouped by whether the licence is perpetual, active until a date or expired.

Reading a row

A row names the creator and collaboration, shows the status and displays what your brand pays in the contract currency. Currencies remain separate across the list.

When submitted work is inside its 14-day review window, the row shows the automatic release deadline. Open it before that date to approve the work, ask for changes or report a genuine rule violation.

Inside a collaboration

The detail page brings together:

• the current status and whose action is next;
• the creator's price, tax, marketplace fee and your total;
• deliverables and the review controls;
• the agreed scope, revisions, delivery timing and usage rights;
• the activity feed;
• funding, completion, cancellation and issue-reporting actions when allowed;
• contract PDF and the review you can leave after completion.

Only actions valid for the current state are shown. For example, cancellation disappears after work has been delivered, and funding appears only on an accepted, unfunded collaboration.

How work enters the list

A collaboration can start from a package booking, an accepted campaign Pitch, an accepted offer answering a Custom Request, a direct proposal, or a paid usage-rights extension. The source changes how the agreement began, not how escrow, delivery and review work afterwards.
