Getting featured

What a featured spot does, what it costs, and how to buy one on the web or in the app.

A featured spot puts you where brands look first, for 30 days.

What you get

  • First in creator search. Featured creators are listed before everyone else when a brand searches.
  • A place on the CollabNordic homepage, in the featured creators band.
  • 30 days, starting the moment the purchase is confirmed.

That is the whole of it. We do not promise views, clicks or bookings, because we do not measure them for a featured spot and would rather not invent a number.

Before you buy

A spot only pays off once a brand can see you and book you, so two things have to be in place first:

  • A profile photo.
  • Payouts set up, so a brand can pay you. See Getting paid.

Until both are done, the button takes you to finish your profile instead of taking your money.

Buying on the web

On your Creator Space Home, the Be featured for 30 days card has a Get featured button. The price is shown before you pay, and you pay by card.

Buying in the app

In the CollabNordic app, open Get featured from either place:

  • the Be featured for 30 days card on Home, or
  • Profile, then Get featured.

The price is shown in your own currency and charged to your Apple ID through the App Store. From time to time the app offers a promotional price, marked Promotion, with the regular price shown beside it.

Buying again

Buying while a spot is still running adds another 30 days on the end. You never lose days you already paid for.

Not a subscription

A featured spot is a one-time purchase. It does not renew, and nothing is charged again unless you buy again.

Refunds

A featured spot is a professional marketing service you buy for your business, so the 14-day right of withdrawal for private consumers does not apply. If something went wrong, contact us: we look at each case and refund where that is the fair outcome, including for our own mistakes and for faults that stopped the spot from working. The full terms are in our Purchase Terms.

A purchase made in the app is charged by Apple, so Apple handles any refund under the App Store's own policy. You can ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
