Connected Accounts
The five account types, self-reported follower counts, and what the verification tick actually means.
Connected Accounts is the list of places your audience lives: the accounts a brand sees on your profile and can filter by in search.
Follower counts are yours to enter, and brands see them marked as self-reported. Nothing is read from the platforms: no login, no sync, no API. That also means nothing here can affect your accounts elsewhere, and keeping the numbers current is your job.
The five account types
Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, and Website. A website row covers a blog or a portfolio site and is the one type you can add more than once.
UGC is deliberately not on this list. UGC is something you sell, files delivered to a brand, not an audience you hold, so it lives on your packages rather than here.
What an account holds
Handle. Shown as @handle on your profile. On a website row this is a free label instead.
Link. The address of the account or site. A website row must actually be a website: a link to an Instagram or TikTok account is turned away and pointed at the right type.
Followers. A number you type. Your profile's total follower count is the sum across accounts.
One account per platform, except websites. If you run two accounts on one platform, one of them is a different offer, and the place to say so is your packages and your bio.
The primary account
One account is marked primary: the one a brand sees first. When a proposal includes posting from your own account, the contract names the handle, so keep the primary pointing at the account you actually deliver on.
What the tick means, and does not
The verification tick on your profile is identity and payout verification, earned by completing Stripe onboarding. It says a real, identifiable person is behind the profile. It says nothing about account ownership or follower counts, which is exactly why the counts are labelled self-reported.
Removing an account
Removing an account takes it off your public profile as soon as you save. Contracts that were signed naming that handle keep naming it, because a signed document does not rewrite itself.
