My Brands
Your private book of brands. The pipeline stages, what a record holds, and what feeds it automatically.
Private notes. Nothing here is visible to them
A brand record is not an account and is not connected to any brand on the platform. The stages, the notes and the tags are yours alone, which is what makes them safe to be honest in.
My Brands is your own book: every company you want to work with, who you talked to, and where each conversation stands. It is the starting point of a deal, because a proposal is always addressed to a brand in this book.
What a brand record holds
Only the name is required; fill the rest in as you learn it.
Name, website, country. The country decides the language a proposal email is written in, so it is worth setting before you send one.
Organisation number. Used on the contract later, so a deal does not stall on paperwork.
Stage. Where the deal stands: Lead, Contacted, Interested, Proposal sent, Negotiating, Won, or Lost. Stages move only when you move them.
Tags. Your own words, up to twenty, for filtering the list.
Notes. Free text, for everything that does not fit a field.
Contacts. The people you actually talk to: name, role, email, phone. One is marked primary and gets pre-selected on pitches and proposals; you can switch per send.
List and pipeline
The same book, two views. The list shows each brand with its stage, the estimated value of open proposals, when you last touched it, the next follow-up, and tags, with search and a stage filter on top. The pipeline lays the seven stages out as columns and you drag a brand between them, or use the dropdown on the card, which does the same thing on a phone.
The estimated value column is calculated from that brand's sent proposals, so it maintains itself.
The brand record
Opening a brand shows everything tied to it: lifetime revenue from completed work, open pipeline, live contracts, the next follow-up, the contact list, proposals, contracts, activity and notes, each on its own tab. The Create proposal button starts a proposal with this brand already picked.
Follow-ups are small dated reminders on the record: what you need to do and when. They show up on the record, in the list's follow-up column, and on your Calendar, and you tick them off when done. Nothing is sent to the brand.
What is not added automatically
Answering a Custom Request creates a platform offer linked to the brand's CollabNordic account. It does not create a record in My Brands. The brand found you, and an in-platform offer needs neither a CRM contact nor an email delivery record.
Add the brand manually if you want private notes, follow-ups or a pipeline stage for that relationship. This is deliberate: nothing files a company in your private book, moves a stage or writes a note except you.
Removing a brand
Removing a brand takes it out of your book. Draft proposals addressed to it are deleted with it; sent proposals are kept, because an offer that reached someone is a record with legal life of its own.
