Images and video, the limits and formats, and which pieces lead your public page.

Værd at vide først

The first pieces are your public page

The top of your profile is a lead gallery built from your first portfolio images: three on desktop, five on a phone. Whatever sits first in this grid is the first thing every brand sees, so lead with the work that looks like what you sell.

Your portfolio is the work itself: the images and video a brand judges before reading a word. It is two lists, photos and videos, and the order you put them in is the order every visitor sees.

Images

Up to ten. JPG, PNG or WebP; the uploader names the current size limit per file. Drag them into order, or use the position dropdown on each tile, which exists because dragging does not work on a phone. The first image carries a Cover badge because it leads your profile.

An image is just the image. There are no captions or titles, so each piece has to say what it is on its own.

iPhone photos: HEIC files are not accepted. Set Settings → Camera → Formats to Most Compatible, or convert to JPEG before uploading.

Videos

Up to ten, added in either of two ways.

Paste a link to YouTube or Vimeo. The video stays where it is and plays from there.

Upload a file. MP4, WebM or MOV, up to the size limit the uploader names. An uploaded video is processed after upload: it is converted for the web, a thumbnail is taken automatically, and a watermark with your profile address is laid on, so a file lifted from your page still points back to you. Processing takes a moment; if it fails, remove the video and upload it again.

Where it shows

On your public profile, videos render as a Video work section with the photos below it as Photo work, and the first images form the lead gallery at the top. Visitors see the work whether or not they are signed in; it is your prices that are held back from anonymous visitors, not your portfolio.

If you need the whole portfolio off your public page, the switch is in Profile → Public profile settings, and it withholds the data rather than hiding it with styling.

Keeping it current

The portfolio that converts is the one that matches what you sell. If your packages are UGC video, lead with vertical video, not travel photos. A portfolio video also counts toward your profile strength, because a brand buying video wants to see video.
