Packages

A package is a fixed-price service on your public profile: one deliverable, at one price. A brand picks one, sends a booking with a message and requested date, and you accept or decline. Nothing is charged until you have accepted and the brand has funded the escrow.

Publishing needs verification

You can only publish a package once your profile is verified, which happens when you connect your payout account. Until then the editor shows a verification prompt instead of the New package button. Editing and deleting what is already live never requires anything.

The fields

Where will this content be published or used. One of six: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, UGC, Website. UGC means the files are delivered to the brand and never posted by you, which is why it sits beside the platforms rather than being one.

What are you offering. A fixed list per platform. Reels, carousels, feed posts and stories on Instagram; videos and photo posts on TikTok; dedicated videos, integrations, Shorts and community posts on YouTube; snaps, stories and Spotlights on Snapchat; UGC videos, testimonials, unboxings, product demos, voiceovers, lifestyle integrations and product photos under UGC; sponsored articles and product mentions on Website. You cannot name your own format, and live streams are deliberately not on the list: a live moment cannot be handed over and reviewed, so it does not fit the contract flow.

The name is derived from what you pick. "1 Instagram Reel", "1 UGC video". You do not write it, so no two creators end up calling the same thing something different.

Price. Starts empty, on purpose: there is no suggested number anywhere. The floor is the platform minimum for your currency, and the currency itself is fixed to your payout currency.

Delivery time. In days, from 1 to 365. It prints on the contract when a brand books, so quote what you actually hit.

Usage rights. Perpetual, or 3, 6, 12 or 24 months. Every contract created from the package starts with this licence, and you can still adjust it on the individual job until the work goes in for review.

Description. Up to 280 characters. The editor seeds a starting point from the format you picked; rewrite it in your own words. This is the text a brand reads before booking, and the text that ends up on the contract.

Feature on my profile. Pins one package to the top of your profile. One at a time; featuring another unfeatures the first.

You can have up to 12 packages. There is no quantity field and no revisions field on a package: a package is one deliverable, and revision terms belong to the individual agreement.

What others charge

Once you pick a format, the editor shows what comparable packages on CollabNordic are priced at: the typical price and the middle range, across packages of the same format in the same currency, excluding your own.

It is a reference, not a suggestion, and it never fills in the price field for you. When there are fewer than five comparable packages it is withheld entirely, because a "typical price" built from two packages is just somebody else's price.

Where packages appear

On your public profile, cheapest first with your featured one on top. Signed-in brands see the full card: name, price, tax line if you charge it, description, delivery time and licence. Visitors who are not signed in see that packages exist but not the prices; the details are held back until they create an account.

If a fixed package does not fit, you can also take Custom Requests. A signed-in brand sends a brief and an optional requested date, then you decide the deliverables and price in a proposal. Package bookings and Custom Requests both arrive in Collab Requests, on separate tabs.

A package that is hidden from your profile

If one of your packages carries an amber "Hidden from your profile" badge, it predates the one-deliverable rule: its price covered several deliverables, or it fits no current format. It stays out of your public profile and out of your advertised price range until you open it and pick a format, because the old price on a new label would either undercharge you or mislead the brand. Only you can decide what a single deliverable costs; we never divide a bundle price on your behalf.
