Every offer creators have sent you, and the bookings and requests you have sent them, in one list until they are paid for.
An offer is what you will be held to
It says what will be made, how many of each deliverable, the price of each, delivery timing and usage rights. Accepting copies those terms into the collaboration.
Proposals is where everything between you and a creator waits until it is paid for. Offers creators send you land here, and so do the bookings and Custom Requests you send them. Once your payment is held in escrow, the work moves to Collaborations.
What you will find here
Each row says what it is and which way it went.
From a creator:
- Campaign pitch. A creator priced one of your campaigns.
- Answer to your request. A creator answered a Custom Request you sent.
- Usage rights extension. A creator offered to extend the rights on work they already delivered.
From you:
- Package booking. You booked one of a creator's packages and they have not answered yet.
- Custom Request. You asked a creator to price something no package covers.
The filters
All active is the default: everything still in motion, with what needs you first.
To answer. Offers waiting for your decision. When an offer has an answer-by date, the row says how many days are left.
To pay. Agreed by both of you and not paid yet. The work starts once you pay.
Waiting on creator. Your bookings and requests the creator has not answered.
History. Offers you declined, ones the creator withdrew, ones that lapsed, and agreements cancelled before payment.
A link from a campaign reminder opens the list narrowed to that campaign. Clear the campaign chip to see everything again.
Reading an offer
Click an offer to open it beside the list. You see the creator, what the offer answers, their message, every priced line and the usage terms, in the offer's own currency. When a campaign budget is public, a pitch is shown against it.
The price on an offer is the creator's. The marketplace fee is added when you pay, and the payment page shows it before anything is charged.
Accepting
Accepting creates the agreement from the exact lines in the offer and takes you straight to the collaboration, where you pay. Nothing is charged until you pay there.
An agreement you do not pay for is closed automatically after 30 days, with a warning a few days before.
Declining
Declining closes the offer without creating anything. A reason is optional, and the creator reads it when you give one. Declining one offer does not affect the creator's future offers or your other campaigns.
Messaging
You can message the creator from the offer, before or after you hire them.
