No payment is taken when you book
Booking sends the creator a contract request. You pay only after they accept, and the money then goes into escrow until the work is approved.
A package is the quickest way to hire a creator when what you need already matches something they sell. The deliverable, price, delivery time and usage rights are written before you send the booking.
What a package contains
A package is a fixed product: a platform and content type, a quantity, the creator's price, delivery time, included revisions and a usage licence. Read all of it before booking. Those details are copied into the contract and do not change when the creator accepts.
If a package is under review or no longer available, it cannot be booked. The public profile only presents packages the creator can currently sell.
Writing the booking message
The booking form asks for your message to the creator. Introduce the brand, explain what the content is for, name the product or service, and include any requirements or preferred timing that matter.
The message becomes part of the collaboration context, but it does not replace the package terms. If you need different deliverables, a different licence or a job the package does not describe, send a Custom Request instead.
You need a verified email address before a booking can be sent. A contract request must come from an account the creator can reach.
What happens next
The booking appears for the creator in Collab Requests. They can accept or decline it.
If they accept, an unfunded collaboration appears in Brand Space. Funding escrow is your next step, and the work does not start until that payment is held.
If they decline, no contract starts and no money moves.
The contract carries the package's price, delivery time, revisions and usage rights exactly as they appeared when you booked.
When a package is not the right fit
Use a Custom Request when the creator has enabled them and the job needs its own scope or price. Use a campaign when you want several creators to price the same brief so you can compare pitches.
