Creator Space · Proposals

Send the offer. Don't sit and wait for one.

A proposal is a priced offer you build in five steps and send to any brand, including one that has never heard of CollabNordic. They read it on a dedicated page, accept it and pay. That is the full path from offer to agreement.

  1. 1

    Build it in five steps

Brand, deliverables, commercial terms, usage rights, review and send. Start blank, or duplicate a proposal you already sent and update what has changed.

  2. 2

Set the price and the terms

Your price in your settlement currency, the revision rounds, the delivery date, the usage rights, and the date the offer expires.

  3. 3

Send a link, not an attachment

The brand opens a page with your offer on it. You can see whether it has been opened, and the offer lapses on its expiry date so an old price cannot be accepted months later.

  4. 4

    They accept and pay

Accepting and paying turns the proposal into a signed collaboration funded through escrow. No invoice to write, no payment to chase.

Creator Space · Your public profile

One link instead of your email address.

Your profile is the storefront: portfolio, packages, platforms and the reviews brands left you. Put the link in your bio and in your media kit. Nothing has to sit in your bio that you would rather not publish, and no negotiation has to happen in a DM thread you cannot search.

  • Share one link. Brands see your portfolio, packages and platforms without asking you for a media kit.
  • No email address in your bio, and no rate negotiation buried in a DM thread.
  • Requests arrive on the page, with the brief and an optional requested delivery date in writing.
  • Reviews from brands you have actually worked with sit on the profile brands look at.

Custom Requests

A brand does not have to fit into one of your packages. They can describe the work they want and add an optional requested delivery date. You answer with a priced proposal or decline it, and the request stays in CollabNordic.

Creator Space · My Brands

A brand book that remembers the conversation.

Every brand you choose to add, whether you met them through CollabNordic or found them yourself. Keep the contacts, where each relationship stands, and what you said last time. The primary contact is pre-selected when you build the next proposal.

Next action: follow up on the proposal
  • Add a brand that has never heard of CollabNordic and send them a proposal anyway.
  • Contacts, notes and follow-ups live on the brand record, not in your head.
  • Open pipeline is calculated from the proposals you have actually sent.

Creator Space · Accounting

The bookkeeping happens while you work.

Each CollabNordic collaboration is recorded as you go, in your settlement currency, with the payout attached. When your accountant asks for the year's figures, you export them instead of rebuilding them from your inbox.
