Running a campaign

Den här sidan är inte översatt ännu, så du läser den engelska versionen.

Write the brief, set a per-creator budget, invite creators, compare Pitches, hire, and close the campaign when the team is complete.

Värt att veta först

Your budget is per creator, and it is guidance

It is what you expect to pay one creator, not a total for the campaign. Hire five from one brief and each is paid on their own contract. A Pitch prices the work itself, and accepting one creates the contract at that price rather than at your figure.

A campaign turns discovery around: you publish one brief and creators answer it with priced Pitches. It is the right route when you want several creators or want to compare offers against the same scope.

The Campaigns page

Campaigns are separated into Open, Drafts and Closed. Each row shows its status, activity and the actions that are valid now.

A draft can be previewed, edited, cloned or deleted. An open campaign can be viewed or managed. A closed campaign remains as a record and can be cloned when you want to run a new round without starting from an empty form.

Browser-saved AI previews also appear with the drafts. They remain on the device where they were generated until you turn one into a campaign or delete it.

What a brief carries

A campaign has a title, a one-line summary, a cover image, a full description, an optional niche, requirements, optional non-cash extras, a budget with a currency, and optional dates.

Description. What the work is for, what it should feel like, and what a good result looks like. This is what a creator reads before pricing an offer.

Requirements. The conditions a creator has to meet, such as language, location, tone or a shot list.

Extras. Non-cash things you are adding on top of the fee, such as products to keep or an event invitation. The fee itself belongs in the budget.

There is no deliverables table to fill in. A brief states the outcome you want. The creator proposes the deliverables in their Pitch and prices them, and what they propose becomes the agreed scope of the collaboration. Format notes such as portrait rather than landscape, rough length or a shot list go in the description and the requirements, in your own words.

Who should answer is decided by the niche and your requirements. A creator who makes content for you produces it regardless of which platforms they post on, and reach says nothing about whether they can do the job, so neither one is part of a brief.

The builder, step by step

Creating a campaign has six steps. Editing an existing one has five, because there is already a brief and the drafting step would offer to replace it.

StepWhat it asks for
StartDraft the brief with AI from your website or a few words about the business, or write it yourself. Only when starting from scratch
BriefTitle, one-line summary, cover image, description, niche
RequirementsWho the campaign is for, and any non-cash extras
BudgetThe amount, its currency, and whether creators see it
TimelinePitch deadline, when you decide, production window, go-live date. Every date is optional
ReviewThe brief as a creator will read it, then publish

Every AI suggestion is editable before you publish, and the assistant drafts text, requirements, an image and a budget.

Your work saves as you move between steps, and again on the way out, rather than on every keystroke. Leaving through the back link or Save draft saves first and tells you it saved. Opening the builder and leaving without typing saves nothing, so it does not spend one of your draft slots.

Budget and currency

Two visibility modes. Show the budget and creators price against the figure, which produces fewer offers wide of the mark. Keep it internal and creators name their own price with no anchor: nothing about the figure is shown or implied anywhere.

You choose the currency. It is preselected from your company country when that country is set and we settle in its currency. Otherwise you pick. Creators always quote in their own currency, because that is what their contract is stamped with, and your figure is converted for them as a guide.

The currency is fixed once the campaign is live, because creators have priced their offers against it.

A platform minimum applies at publish, in your campaign's own currency. Drafts are exempt, so you can save a brief before you have decided a number.

The marketplace fee is added at checkout and is not part of the budget figure.

Drafting, publishing and editing

Save as draft when the brief is not ready. Publishing makes the campaign visible and notifies creators, ranked by niche first, then by whether they make content for brands, then by reach. Nobody is filtered out by platform or follower count. Creators who have paused their profile are not sent new campaigns.

Whether your plan allows another published campaign is answered before you write the brief, on the review step, with the reason and a link to the plans if it does not. Your draft stays saved either way.

An open campaign can still be edited, but a creator priced the version they read. If the brief or the budget changes materially, close it and publish a new campaign instead of changing the basis of existing Pitches.

Managing one campaign

A campaign has four working areas.

AreaWhat it is for
OverviewRead the brief, budget, dates, requirements and current status
InviteBrowse creators and invite them to pitch on this campaign
PitchesReview every Pitch on this campaign, including closed offers
HiredSee accepted creators, agreed rates, spend by currency and contract links

The Brand Space Pitches page combines Pitches from every campaign. The Pitches area shows the same type of offer within one campaign.

An invitation puts the campaign in front of a creator. It is not an acceptance and does not reserve them; they still decide whether to send a Pitch.

Reading and answering Pitches

A Pitch is a priced offer. It shows the creator, each deliverable and unit price, quantity, revisions, delivery date, usage rights, tax where applicable and the total in the offer's own currency.

Accept creates an unfunded collaboration from those exact lines. Nothing is charged until you fund escrow from the collaboration.

Decline closes the Pitch. You may add a reason the creator can read.

You can accept more than one creator on the same campaign. Each accepted Pitch becomes its own collaboration.

Finishing hiring

Use Finish hiring when the team is complete. Closing the campaign stops further Pitches and closes the remaining unanswered ones. Existing collaborations continue independently.

A closed campaign is not reopened. Clone it to start another round.

Plans and limits

Basic includes one published campaign per rolling 30 days and up to three campaign drafts. Pro and Premium allow unlimited campaigns and drafts. No plan limits how many Pitches an open campaign can receive.
