Accounting & financial reports

ColLabNordic includes built-in accounting for creators: everything you earn through the platform — and everything you receive as products or gifts — is tracked in one place, ready for your tax return.

Where to find it

Open the menu in the top-right corner and choose Accounting (available for creators). Everything is organized per calendar year.

Overview

Your financial year at a glance: total income, tax collected, and net earnings, split between platform contracts and in-kind compensation, with a quarterly breakdown.

Contract earnings

Every completed contract with its base price, VAT, and net amount. Filter by status, open receipts, and export the table as CSV or PDF whenever you need it.

In-kind compensation (products & gifts)

Products, gift cards, travel, and other perks you keep from collaborations usually count as taxable income. Register them with a market value and they are included in your report automatically. If you're VAT-registered, you can also record the VAT portion.

Currencies

Your earnings are tracked in the currency you're paid in. For in-kind compensation you can record the original currency and exchange rate, so perks received in a foreign currency are valued correctly.

Budgets & goals

Set daily, monthly, quarterly, or yearly revenue targets and follow your progress toward them through the year.

Year to date

Follow your month-by-month development and see how the year is shaping up compared to earlier months.

The annual financial report

A complete, printable summary of your year: your details, gross income, tax collected, net income, income sources, and quarterly figures. Print it directly or export a PDF — a solid starting point when you file your tax return.

Good to know

The accounting section and the financial report are for your information only — they are not tax advice. Rules vary by country and situation, so consult a tax professional or your local tax authority when filing.
